How long does it take?
If you accept our offer we can normally exchange contracts within 24 hours so you have peace of mind that the property is sold and completion can be set for a date to suit you.
How quickly can I get the money?
As soon as the sale is completed your solicitor will release the sale funds to you. If cash flow is an issue we can sometimes give you an advance as soon as contracts are exchanged. transaction is completed.
I don't have a solicitor - is that a problem?
We can recommend a selection of solicitors for you, we pay their fees. All of the solicitors we use are friendly and approachable.
Will anybody know about the sale?
No, the sale is completely confidential, we do not put up sale boards or notices on Rightmove.
What do we do If we are being repossessed and we have decided to sell to One Click?
We handle all the details, our solicitor will speak to the people repossessing you, taking the stress out of the situation. Anything you owe will be cleared from the proceeds of sale.
Am I committed to accept the offer straight away?
No, you are under no obligation until you have signed the contract.
